Leads and Website Lead Intake
Public lead intake endpoint
Use this setup to send website enquiries directly into your lead pipeline so your team can respond quickly and keep new opportunities moving.
How website enquiries enter your lead pipeline
When your website form is connected, each enquiry is saved as a new lead in your account. The record keeps the customer details from the form and flags the source as a website enquiry, so your team can filter and follow up from one place.
- Each enquiry starts with a New lead status so it is easy to triage.
- The lead source is recorded as Website for reporting and workflow checks.
- Your team receives an internal notification when a website enquiry is received.
Set up and share the website embed snippet
Open Configuration and go to the website lead step. You can copy the ready-made embed snippet and pass it to your web person, or place it on the website page where customers submit fence enquiries.
- Open the website lead setup step in Configuration.
- Copy the embed snippet shown in the Website embed code panel.
- Add the snippet to the correct page on your website.
- Publish the page and submit a test enquiry from the live form.
Collect the enquiry details your team needs
The standard embed form captures the core details needed for first contact and lead qualification. Keep these fields clear and required so your office team can act without rework.
- Full name for customer contact and job records.
- Email for quote and follow-up communication.
- Phone for call-backs and site visit coordination.
- Project address for suburb planning, access review, and scheduling.
- Message for early scope notes such as fence type, gates, or urgency.
These details are enough to start contact, set a visit plan, and move the enquiry into your normal lead workflow.
Choose the post-submit behaviour that suits your website
You can control what visitors see after a successful enquiry. Use the option that best matches your website experience and your preferred confirmation style.
- Inline message keeps the customer on the page and shows a success confirmation.
- Page refresh reloads the page after the enquiry is accepted.
After you change this setting, submit another test enquiry so your team can confirm the page behaviour and customer confirmation message.
Daily checks for reliable website lead intake
Run a quick intake check each day so new website opportunities are not missed.
- Review the latest leads and filter for website-sourced enquiries.
- Open each new lead and confirm contact details are complete.
- Assign follow-up actions such as call-back, site visit, or quote preparation.
- Check internal notifications for any enquiry that still needs first response.
This routine keeps website enquiries visible from first submission through to quoting and conversion.
