Use Documents to review the editable templates Fencify can use for safety documents, notices, proposals, contracts, warranties, handover wording and job sheet notes.
Reading the template catalogue
The Documents page lists templates that belong to your account. Each row shows the template title, its document context, the last edited date and whether the template is enabled for document generation.
Default templates can cover SWMS, Notice to Fence, neighbour mediation letters, proposals, job sheet custom text, project contracts, handover certificates, workmanship warranties, variation notices and fence care instructions.
Opening a template for review
- Open Documents from the app navigation.
- Scan the list for the template you want to review.
- Use the row title or action menu to open the template editor.
- Check the wording, placeholders and enabled status before saving changes.
Checking available placeholders
The placeholder panel groups merge fields by business, client and site, quote and pricing, line items, SWMS hazards, project and invoice, and neighbour details. Use these tokens when you want generated documents to pull live project or quote information into the final PDF.
