Open the event colour settings

From the Calendar page, open Event colours. The modal shows separate colour sections for Site visits and Installations, with a preview card for each event type.

The preview helps you check readability before saving the changes.

Choose colours for each event type

Each event type has four colour fields.

• Card colour: the main event card background.
• Text colour: the main text colour on the event card.
• Label colour: the small event type label colour.
• Label text colour: the text colour inside the event label.

You can use the colour picker or type a six character hex colour value.

Preview, reset and save

1. Adjust the Site visits colours and check the preview card.
2. Adjust the Installations colours and check the preview card.
3. Use Reset for an event type if you want to return that group to its defaults.
4. Select Save colours to apply the calendar colour settings.

Good colour choices for field planning

Choose colours with strong contrast so event cards remain readable in monthly, weekly and list views. Keep site visits and installations visually distinct so office staff can scan the calendar without opening every event.
