What the sync sends to Quote Builder

The sync sends the current Visual Builder plan into the linked draft quote. Fence runs become quote runs with model, length, height, colour and slope details. Gate openings become gate records and matching quote items where product data is available.

Fencify also stores the visual plan history so the layout can be reopened later from the same lead or quote context.

Prepare the plan before pushing

• Check every fence run has a selected fence model.
• Review run measurements and gate widths.
• Confirm heights, colours and slope settings.
• Remove sketch items that should not be priced.

Push the plan into the quote

1. Use the sync action in Visual Builder.
2. Fencify validates the current runs, gates and plan data.
3. The quote is created or the selected draft quote is updated.
4. Visual Builder generated runs and gate items are rebuilt from the current plan.
5. Quote totals are recalculated.
6. You are returned to Quote Builder for commercial review.

Reviewing the quoted outcome

In Quote Builder, review the run table, attached gate openings, generated material items and final quote total. Gate openings attached to a run can reduce the priced fence length while still adding gate-specific quote content.
