Connect Xero when your business wants supported invoices, contacts and payments to sync between Fencify and Xero accounting.

Before connecting Xero

Confirm your team has chosen Xero as the accounting provider for Fencify sync. Review any existing QuickBooks connection first, because the Integrations Hub keeps the accounting sync path focused on one provider at a time.

Connecting Xero from Integrations

  1. Open Integrations.
  2. Find the Xero card under Financial & Accounting.
  3. Select Connect Xero.
  4. Complete the provider sign-in and approval flow for the correct organisation.
  5. Return to Fencify and check that the Xero card shows Connected.

Confirming the first sync results

After connection, use your invoicing workflow to send or sync invoices that should appear in Xero. Review the sync status notes and advanced health summary so your office team can confirm the result.

Bookkeeping checks after setup

  • Confirm the correct Xero organisation was selected.
  • Check a sample invoice before relying on bulk sync work.
  • Review customer names and invoice totals in your accounting process.
  • Keep your bookkeeper aware of the connection date.
