Preparing the quote email

The send quote modal loads the customer email, a subject, message content and a secure proposal link. The email template can use quote and customer placeholders such as quote number, project address, amount and proposal link.

Sending workflow

1. Open the quote detail page.
2. Choose the send quote action.
3. Check the recipient email address.
4. Review the subject and message body.
5. Choose the follow-up schedule settings if you want automatic reminder emails.
6. Send the quote.

What Fencify records

After a successful send, the quote status is updated to sent, the viewed timestamp is reset, a sent commercial snapshot is captured, and a quote conversion event is recorded. If the follow-up schedule is enabled, Fencify schedules the next follow-up according to the selected cadence and maximum nudges.

Checks before sending

• Review quote runs and totals in Quote Builder.
• Confirm the customer email is correct.
• Check the message includes the proposal link.
• Confirm follow-up timing suits the customer and your sales process.
