Search and filter document templates
Use the Documents filters to find a template quickly by category, title, context or related wording before you open it for review.
Using the category filter
The category filter groups templates by the document family saved against each template. Examples can include Safety, Legal Notices, Customer Communication, Proposal, Job Sheet, Contract, Project Delivery and Warranty.
- Open the Documents page.
- Choose a category from the category field.
- Select Filter to refresh the list.
- Open the matching template from the filtered results.
Searching by wording or context
The search field checks the template title, category, context and template key. Search terms such as SWMS, proposal, warranty, job sheet, notice, contract or handover can help narrow the catalogue.
If you combine category and search, Fencify applies both filters together. Use Reset filters to return to the full catalogue.
Finding the right editable record
After filtering, review the row title and context badge before opening the template. The context tells you whether the template is used with quotes, projects, quote or project records, or job sheet output.
