Portal messages Fencify prepares

Portal-related emails can include the project name, project address, recipient name, company name and portal link. For neighbour portal messages, Fencify uses the neighbour details saved on the project before preparing the email.

Before sharing a portal link

• Check the recipient name and email address.
• Review the project name and site address.
• Confirm the portal link is appropriate for the recipient.
• Adjust the wording so the recipient understands what to review.

After sending portal access

For neighbour portal sends, Fencify records the latest sent time on the project and creates an internal notification for the contractor account. Use the project record to confirm what was sent and continue any follow-up from there.
